You may want to start with a passport application at the Embassy of Kenya. Once that is resolved, then you can submit your Naturalization application.

Will marriage stop my boyfriend from being deported?

Answered by attorney Nicklaus James Misiti (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Law Offices of Nicklaus Misiti, PLLC
The only answer that can be given right now is that it may. Generally marriage to a US citizen is a ground to gain a lawful status in the US, but it depends upon his criminal history and how he entered the country, among other factors. There are also other forms of relief your boyfriend may be eligible for. The only way to find out is to speak with an immigration attorney.

When we marry can I still apply for a green card how hard is going to be?

If you entered without inspection or illegally then you will likely be required to return to your home country to process the applications for legal status through your U.S. Spouse. If you entered on a visa or other legal status, consult an attorney because depending on the method of entry, you may not have to return but may require to show hardships to your spouse if returned. An attorney is recommended because it is complicated process. Good luck and thank you.
