  Probably your husband's chances of success depend upon the reason for which his visa was revoked 17 years ago and whether those grounds are no longer applicable. Your reference to the code section is incorrect and so it is difficult to know what were the grounds of revocation. If they were because he did not present enough evidence of ties to the home country, your fact situation seems to indicate that he has enough at this time. Good luck on his visa interview if that is the case. In order for you to help out your son, you would have to petition for his permanent residence. As a DACA Beneficiary you may be able to obtain Advance Parole and travel. When you travel out of the U.S. and then return should be paroled into the US. This is the Arabelly-Yarabelly (case) holding. Once you are admitted as a "Parolee" then you may be able to marry a U.S. Citizen and file for Adjustment of Status to Lawful Permanent Residence. You will want to discuss the nuances of such a strategy with a qualified immigration law professional.
