Is there a way to speed up processing my girlfriend's entry to the US?

Congratulations on your fiancee's pregnancy. You are not able to obtain a green card for your wife via the shorter process because she is out of the US and if she entered and then applied, that is fraud. So the three step fiancee process is the way to proceed. You can let them know and request an expedite but they often ignore that. Also many children born out of the US are still US citizens.

This answer may be too late for you if your interview was only three days after you posted your question, but your inclination to tell everything to the officer is correct.  You only have to show your marriage was legitimate at the time you were married to qualify for permanent resident status based on marriage.  If things don't work out in your marriage, it is still possible to proceed.

What is the quickest way to bring my wife here?

No quick way unless you become a US citizen then process takes about a year. With only a green card, the process takes between two and three years.
