You can file a Freedom of Information Act request for your A-file.  You will need your Alien Number (A-number) to do that effectively.

What documents do I need to sponsor my mom?

Answered by attorney David H Nachman
Immigration lawyer at NPZ Law Group
You will first have to file a Petition for an Immigrant family member on Form I-130. Later, you can file for an Adjustment of Status in the U.S. on Form I-485 if the family member is in the U.S. (and in status). Alternatively, your family member may be able to process for the green card at the U.S. Consulate. Please note that the process for sponsoring a member of the family has many nuances and we encourage you to consider hiring a qualified immigration lawyer or attorney with regard to this matter. One particular nuance has to do with the planning or filing of the Affidavit of Support Form and package.

If your son married after you naturalized, then the petition converts to F-1 and then to F-3 upon his marriage.  This way, he would still benefit from the July 2008 priority date.  However, if he married before you naturalized, there does not appear to be any authority for his keeping the July 2008 priority date. If this is the case, then you should file another petition as soon as possible to get the earliest possible priority date.
