How can I help my wife who was arrested for failure to go through with the voluntary removal?

Answered by attorney Lynne Rogers Feldman
Immigration lawyer at Feldman Feldman Associates, PC
Failure to comply with any immigration order is serious. I would recommend you seek counsel you have confidence in to review what has happened and the facts surrounding why she didn't leave in 2006 and her eligibility for any relief currently.

Yes I would re-file correctly - perhaps with an attorney this time - and request the 10 year card since married over 2 years.
