It depends on his priority date, country of birth, age and marital status. If he is under 21 and unmarried, the current priority date for worldwide FB-2A is March 15, 2010. if he is over 21, the FB-2B is June 22, 2004.

Your wife can file the I-130 petition at the same time you file the I-485 application. The date on your I-20 will not matter.

She can keep her permanent resident status even after divorce.  If she has been a permanent resident for at least five years, she can apply for citizenship even if the two of you divorce.
