Can I visit my husband my husband with a visitors visa?

Answered by attorney William D. Fong (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Fong Ilagan
If you are Canadian, you do not need a visa to enter the US as a visitor. You should be prepared to explain to the officer at the port-of-entry that you are being petitioned, but you intend to apply for the immigrant visa in Canada. Please call me to discuss this as it is a bit too complicated to discuss by email. Thank you.
