Do you also get a conditional green card when sponsored by an employer or you directly get a permanent green card ??

Answered by attorney Alan Lee
Immigration lawyer at Alan Lee Arthur Lee, Attorneys at Law
A conditional green card is issued in two situations – marriage cases in which the union is not yet two years old at the time that residence status is approved, and immigrant investor cases. In all other situations, the card is unconditional. How much income is required?

Answered by attorney Stephen Arnold Black
Immigration lawyer at The Law Office of Stephen A. Black
You have to factor in household size , your adjusted gross income and the poverty guidelines. Discuss with counsel here in Florida to see if you meet the minimum income level to be a financial sponsor. If not then a joint sponsor needs to be engaged. If this is a sponsorship for a non immigrant visa then different rules apply.

How can I bring my deported boyfriend back to US?

Answered by attorney Stephen Arnold Black
Immigration lawyer at The Law Office of Stephen A. Black
Yes you could probably bring him over on a fiancée visa, but it's most likely that you're going to have to file a 601 waiver b/c of his deportation. You should discuss your case with counsel here in Florida about representation.
