What is the quickest way to immigrate from Belgium to the US?

Answered by attorney Lynne Rogers Feldman
Immigration lawyer at Feldman Feldman Associates, PC
There is no quickest and best way. All immigrant applications require either a family, employer, or self-sponsorship. Best way to start is to have a consult by phone and review the person's education, work experience, investment options. Sometimes the best way is to come on a nonimmigrant visa and later apply for permanent residency status once a sponsor is located.

What should I do after they denied my case for a fraud marriage?

You are basically out of status and here illegally. I strongly suggest that you contact an experienced immigration attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your situation. (S)he would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your options.

Would the US government allow us to travel and for my fiance to give birth in the US?

Answered by attorney Bruce A. Coane (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Coane & Associates, PLLC
First of all, there is no law that directly addresses this situation. For years, people have come from the Philippines, Russia and elsewhere to give birth here. In the past few months, however, I have heard of several instances at the Houston airport where the immigration officer refused admission to pregnant women with a B-2 visa. So, I'd definitely suggest avoiding Houston. Whether this is happening elsewhere , I don't know. if your wife is not "showing," then they'd probably let her in, but there's never any guarantee.
