How can I deport my brother's wife for a fraudulent marriage?

Answered by attorney Lynne Rogers Feldman
Immigration lawyer at Feldman Feldman Associates, PC
I don't understand the facts - how can your brother be paying for her apartment and credit cards if he is deceased? You can write a letter to ICE or USCIS with the case number or name and suggest they investigate.

How long can ICE detain a person?

Answered by attorney Bruce A. Coane (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Coane & Associates, PLLC
Generally, there is no deadline. Theoretically they could hold a person forever, unless there is a legal challenge. The Supreme Court has issued some guidelines, but there is no requirement of an immediate release at any specific point.

Obtaining Visas for Dependent Family Members

Answered by attorney David Troy Cox

You can only bring a spouse and children with you as "dependents".  Parents and siblings do not qualify.
