Law Office of John C. Stephenson is a law firm with an office in Hyannis, MA. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer.
As the owner of a real estate business, I've been doing business with John Stephenson for 40 years as a closing agent for lendors, representative of my clients and for my personal and professional business. I would never pick anyone else. John has a very sound identity and can pick and choose. Anyone unhappy with Stephenson brought it on themselves. Martin C. Traywick

Grossly outdate in his principles. Questionable integrity. Would not hire. Was very rude and unreasonable with another female attorney. Did not present counter offers to client in a timely manner, but rather appeared to answered immediately following the offer based on his own assumptions. I suppose if you are an older person and are dealing with alike person, and you personally know each other and play golf on Wednesdays, then you may have a success in hiring this attorney. However, if you live in a XXI century, and have restrictions, demands, or wishes, you are out of luck. God forbid you expect everyone to follow the rules of the agreement, such as closing on the day it was actually agreed upon in documents; then you will have a problem. This attorney simply showed zero respect for agreements. Please, spare yourself of a hustle of proving that the law means something, and hire yourself an attorney that would respect the law as written.
