Hired Attorney

Mr. Pittman, on very short notice, was incredibly helpful to me. He latched on to this case after I was referred to him, and he would not let go. I have never met a lawyer who was that interested and engaged and who simply determined that he was going to figure this out and solve it. despite an incredibly short deadline (1 day), he gave up his personal time to run my situation to ground - most importantly, he explained it in a way that I understood. Concise, simple, and organized, he provided a number of answers in writing via email to help guide my next steps. He was frank about costs, and he even suggested things I could do myself. I cannot recommend Tim highly enough - he will be my go to guy for all real estate matters going forward. An overwhelming positive experience - this is not your "typical" lawyer, he genuinely cared about me and my case.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
