From the day that I met with Morris, he was very professional and he explained all the intricacies of my accident and made me aware of the multiple Insurance companies that were involved and what role that he'd play in recovering my damages such as Punitive etc...I only had to meet with him once for the initial meeting and two for the disbursement meeting. He has a Staff, that works behind the scenes and text you if they need you, and they are very good at follow up and responses. Other than that the case just moves along. I will caution any Veteran that is reading this, that have only VA benefits for their Medical needs. As Morris explained to me in detail, you will have to reimburse the VA for any billing pertaining to the accident. My percentage actually seemed to be that I only had to reimburse them 50% of my actual medical cost that was billed to them. I'm not saying that is a standard format for everyone. But just an FYI to you Vets out there. GREAT ATTORNEY!!

Doug Martinson has been the attorney on an estate for which I am the personal representative. Doug and paralegal Angela Riley have been excellent in all aspects of the process, including representation to the Probate Court, negotiation with creditors, and providing timely advice and status. They are very proactive, client-friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.
