Arik is , by far , one of the best attorneys I have used. I am so glad I met him when I did. I was in a horrible custody battle and he was able to clearly explain the steps I was about to go through in the case as well as professionally and sternly explain the Truths about my case to the Judge.. With the emotions of a custody battle , I personally didn't want to hear some of the truths and potential outcomes of my case. I also felt that the law should understand my feelings and Arik showed me that is not always the case. When Arik went into court tho , I always felt confident and at peace that he had my best interest at heart and that was what he was fighting for. Every case is different, but if you are looking for an attorney who takes his cases seriously he is your guy! Integrity , knowledge of law , dedication and Honesty are the things you will receive from Arik. I will never call another attorney again! Thanks so much for all you did for me and my family!
I have a dog of a divorce case. For 10 months Arik Paraschos did nothing and then explained why nothing I said mattered. In correspondence, the other attorney always got his way. All I ever received were lectures on why she should get everything…and then he throws a second tantrum on me and quits 2 days before the hearing all because I said he had not done anything to help me but I was resigned to the “grim” (his word) expected outcomes. Save yourself time, money and hassle. Avoid
Would not recommend Paraschos for any family court case or guardian at litem work. Also, some of their practices are unethical and not professional from a reputable law firm. STAY AWAY
Paraschos was not a reputable or an attorney with any integrity. Communication with him was nearly impossible. Attorney did not respond to emails or research important facts. In meetings he at times seem like he hadn’t slept in days and his note taking was atrocious. Attorney never gave out cell phone for texting after spending thousands of dollars with him. Also, came to find out that their business had some poor ethical business dealings. This company is not what their website states. I would look else where for a family attorney or guardian ad litem. Stay Away.
