Hired Attorney

Andrew Doktofsky was my attorney for my Bankruptcy Case. I was very nervous to go through with this process, but he took the time to explain all of my options to me and made me feel comfortable and at ease with my final decision to proceed. Not only did he have impeccable patience, Mr. Doktofsky helped me process everything extremely professionally and expeditiously. I had the most confidence I could going through with my bankruptcy, knowing my best interest were being accounted for. Due to COVID, we were able to process the whole case remotely, through email, dropbox and on the phone - which made everything so painless and saved me what I would have imagined to be many trips to the post office and to his office (which I greatly appreciated, having a newborn at home). If you are hesitant on deciding what options are best for you out there - and you want someone who will take their time and make sure everything works out in YOUR best interest - Andrew is the person to call.
