Hired Law Firm

In looking at the review I am shocked because I have known Mr. Hennes off and on for the past 40 years. He does return phone calls and he does not lie or steal money from clients. This review was obviously from a disgruntled provider who was not happy with his portion of the settlement. Doctors are more than aware, that if the settlement is less than what was hoped for, that we like to do what is called a "3-way-split" The client gets 1/3, the attorney gets 1/3 and the doctor gets 1/3.

Hired Law Firm

This man is dishonest and SHOULD NOT and CANNOT be trusted. He steals from the doctors he works with and the clients who hire him. He lies about his cases, if there is a settlement, about the amount of settlements, and takes his cut of 1/3 no matter how much work all the doctors have worked so hard for his clients to get better while he is NOT at his office NOT answering or returning any and all calls made to him for any kind of update or status of a current case. He steals med-pay, and lies!
