About Jeffrey Peter Schwalbach

Jeff Schwalbach is the founder of DJA Injury Attorneys, established in 2025 after years of experience advocating for clients in personal injury cases. He personally manages every case from start to finish, priding himself on consistent client communication and support through the often stressful litigation process. Previously, Schwalbach spent two years representing insurance companies (2015-2017) and four years defending healthcare providers in cases involving negligence, wrongful death, elder abuse, and civil rights violations (2017-2021), before dedicating his practice exclusively to injury victims in 2021.

A graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law (2015), Schwalbach is admitted in all California state and U.S. District courts and was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2019 to 2024. He is highly regarded for his work ethic, integrity, and compassionate approach, earning respect from colleagues on both sides of injury litigation. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
