I strongly advise against engaging the services of Hess. I am sharing my experience to caution others. Unfortunately, I didn’t see previous reviews before deciding to work with him .Eighteen months ago, my father passed away unexpectedly, leaving no will. My sister and I sought legal assistance to manage the estate, and we hired Hess. He initially informed us that the process would take approximately a year and a half to complete. However, for over eight months, he has failed to complete the necessary paperwork to transfer our father’s deed into our names. Hess has been unresponsive to my sister’s attempts to contact him. His secretary consistently claims that he is unavailable or working on our case, yet there has been no progress. My sister eventually confronted him at his office, only to have the door shut in her face.This has been an incredibly difficult time for our family, and Hess’s lack of professionalism and responsiveness has only exacerbated our distress.
Hess and is very slow. They do not get anything done in time. I have been after them to get everything together for my closing on my house. They have not. Dragging their feet the whole way. I will never ever recommend them to anyone. Hess and Hess actually need to retire. Lost his will and umph. I paid good money. They want me to wait another two weeks I told them NO. Well here we are and they have not done anything. To late to get another Lawyer now, seriously Hess and Hess Retire already. You clearly don’t want to your job anymore.
