El abogado Banos trabajo en mi caso de ciudadania. Tomaron toda mi informacion y me llenaron mi solicitud. Tambien tuve una consulta con el Abogado Tomas. Me aconsejo y luego empezaron mi case. Durante el procedimiento me enviaron mensajes en texto y por correo electronico. Cuando inmigracion me pidieron mas evidencia la oficina trabajo en el paquete. El abogado me aconsejo sobre ese procedimiento y siguimos a delante con me case. Me quedo muy content con sus servicios. Los recomiendo.
I hired the attorney Baños from a family case he took down all my information and payment plan after that everytime I called the assistant answered my questions and kept me informed the attorney went with me to court I was very happy for their service.
I had a petition and another two cases in the past year. My petition was approved. When I call the assistant would ask a lot of questions. Finally I was able to determine that her questions were so she could verify my information and vetify if I had received something by email. She looked up my case while on the phone with me. Although the petition was already approved and their work was over the assistant took her time to talk to me. I also had two other cases,personsl and family. Both times attorney finished the job. They dont play with you. They are always serious and very professional.
I had a car accident and attorney Banos settled my case. It took a while but they did a great job. I got a good settlement. It covered the medical expenses and he even got the to pay for missed work days. I will use him again.
Customer service is bad. The attorney never returns your calls, only his assistant Corina Banos calls back. She seems upset when one asks her about the case.You never know the status of your matter because you NEVER are copied on any document prepared by the office and sent to any third party on your behalf. I will NOT recommend this lawyer to anyone. I guess you get what you pay for.
