Provided exceptional counsel on dealing with an overly aggressive Home Owner's Association. Ms. Bergman spelled out very clearly my homeowner rights, how the process worked, what steps needed to be taken, and how the situation would probably be resolved. Everything went as she stated it would and the situation was resolved.

This attorney is a waste of time and money especially for Family Law. She does not work on your case forgets things but asks for full money upfront. Does not keep you informed of case status and does not respond to voice, text or email no matter how often you request for information. She did not file paperwork right and it took a long time to even remove her out my case and is confrontational with the opposing side so she could delay case to bill more. Do not hire this attorney.
Paid this law firm to help with Mortgage modification with SPS, and received nothing. just short emails and my 1500.00 just down the drain and not communicating with me or the mortgage company. Looking for refund.
