He responded to a lengthy blog I posted regarding my situation by calling me and told me all was going to be ok, to call him in the morning, & get some sleep. Obviously he could tell I haven't slept well for 3 yrs straight now! Finally, someone on my side who can help me fight the "bad guys" in court!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I received a traffic ticket/violation, so I figured I would try to find a traffic ticket attorney to represent me (I have never gone this route before). After searching online and reading many reviews, I decided to hire The Law Office of Steven Frankoff to represent me. Mr. Frankoff was my attorney--he and his legal team did an INCREDIBLE job!!! My case was DISMISSED shortly after the docket was called, and I didn't have to pay for the ticket!!! Literally, I was one of the first people out of court so I didn't have to spend my whole day there because Mr. Frankoff was incredibly diligent. I am thankful for him & his representation. On top of how impressed I am with his work - he had an awesome personality & showed such genuine compassion for my case - he happened to be kinder than any lawyer I've ever had. I recommend him to ALL OF YOU for future cases, so much that I will be asking him to be my attorney down the road for any legal representation.
Frank made promises he knew he couldn’t fulfill. He promised that he would get Zoom hearings because the law allows for Zoom. He only provided one Zoom session and never provided any evidence of why he did not set up additional Zoom. He randomly insisted that I send him or his wife money through Zelle without proof that he did anything. He had me do most of the work while billing me. Although, Texas law allows lawyers in small claims court he made excuses why he wouldn’t be in the courtroom. He billed me for his representation and then told me I could represent myself. He was rude, rushed, and condescending. He lost the pre-trial and failed to inform me in a timely manner. He never provided any evidence that he did much of anything yet he insisted that I randomly gave him money. Terrible advice and worst legal representation. Don’t hire him he should retire.
