Shira Yoshor, Chair of the Philadelphia Labor & Employment Practice, is an experienced employment lawyer, regularly representing management in all aspects of employment law. Her clients range from major global corporations to smaller, newer companies, including those entering the U.S. market for the first time. She counsels employers on workplace issues and drafts documents from employment agreements, handbooks, and policies to separation agreements and disclosures.
