Roshun Phipps is a dedicated Texas Trial Lawyer focusing on workplace injuries, refinery explosions, construction accidents, catastrophic personal injuries, 18-wheeler crashes, auto collisions, maritime, and nursing home claims. Before entering the legal field, Roshun gained firsthand experience with the challenges workers face by working nights as a warehouse worker and forklift operator. Observing the prioritization of productivity over safety inspired him to pursue a career in law at South Texas College of Law – Houston. Despite working long hours to support his family, he excelled as a part-time law student.
