After consulting with many lawyers, Mr. Fickman initially stood out among the rest by taking the time to listen to and fully understand my background and my case. He was very flexible in coordinating meeting times and made available the use of email and text for communication. He always handled my case honestly, professionally, and in a timely manner. He was available when needed, walked me step-by-step through every process, answered all of my questions and concerns, and kept me updated throughout the case. He consistently kept me level-headed and gave great advice. Mr. Fickman has done an outstanding job and I would highly recommend and hire again!

First, I want to say thank you Mr. Fickman. For the past 3 years Robert has been my counsel, and never once did he not believe in me. He showed me compassion, heart, motivation and many more amazing traits that he had to offer. At times I wasn't the best client to have due to frustration, but he stayed patient and confident. He is understanding of the clients wishes and is without a doubt great at giving advice. He and his team spent countless hours going through documents, filing motions, speaking with family and myself. When the pandemic happened, he didn't stop fighting or working the case when the world halted. He pushed through like a tank of freedom. I always felt like he genuinely cared about me and was working hard to help keep this from ruining my life. You feel well represented. I never could have imagined I'd need a criminal defense attorney, but I'm very happy I found him. Mr. Fickman is a good man, amazing attorney I could not have asked for a better outcome. He won!

Hired Attorney Mr. Robert Fickman

Hiring him was a HUGE MISTAKE. He constantly bragged about his “40 years of experience” yet couldn’t remember facts from one day to the next. He didn’t bother to understand his client or who he truly was, omitting critical information that could have changed the outcome. He portrayed his client as someone none of us recognized, ignoring his community contributions entirely. When his client tried to give an intelligent closing statement about incarceration costs, he shut him down saying, “The court doesn’t care about money.” He came across as a tired old man just waiting for retirement rather than an advocate fighting for someone’s future. If you want an attorney who knows your name the next day, prepares thoroughly, and cares about your life, keep looking. This man isn’t it.
