Rachel G. Crutchfield has over twenty-five years of civil litigation experience and is Senior Trial Counsel in Germer’s Houston office. Her current practice focuses on first-party defense in personal injury and bad faith litigation. In addition to her state-court docket, Rachel maintains a substantial federal practice and is admitted to practice in the Southern, Eastern and Western District Courts of the State of Texas.
Rachel is a Baylor University alum and obtained her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1999. While in law school, Rachel was a briefing clerk for the Honorable J.Q. Warnick, U.S. Magistrate for the Northern District of Texas. She then began her legal career with Germer in her native Beaumont, Texas, focusing on premises liability and construction defect litigation in the petrochemical industry. Rachel’s areas of practice include personal injury defense, first-party Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist claims, and bad faith litigation.
