Hired Attorney Philip J. Devenish

Philip is doing bilateral investment treaty arbitration for the biggest state-owned Ukrainian bank regarding illegal expropriation of the Crimean assets by the Russian Federation. He was doing the major part of jurisdiction and legal issues of the case. Phillip can be recommended as a field lawyer with profound investment treaty expertise, who has a sharp mind and extremely bright. He is an excellent communicator and determined to achieve client's objectives.
