I was very disappointed with Mr. Moen. Not only did he take $6,000 to represent us but absolutely nothing was done. Calls were never returned, I constantly had to remind him of court dates. Bottom line, horrible service from his law firm. Stay away from this so called Lawyer!

Hired Attorney Mr. Dennis Cain

Very poor customer service, lacks knowledge, never returns phone calls, doesn't pay attention to detail, PRICEY, misinforms and procrastinates on cases and doesn't get the job done. My husband ended up in detention facility and Dennis and his team misinformed my family and I that he would be released...obviously he doesn't understand the system and sequence of events... very unknowledgable. I had to pressure him plenty of times to go visit my husband and went only once. wouldn't recommend!!!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
