Even if the communication wasn’t the best and a little non responsive I can understand that lawyers are busy people. I know Mark did his best he could after car crash. Happy with the settlement , I know he’s a good lawyer and he knows what he’s doing . I recommend Mark Midani as a personal injury lawyer/car accident.

My case with All State for a hit and run is still going on. My Attorney, D'Ann Hinkle, has not been proactive in my case nor has she communicated with me what is going on. She will pass along a message to pacify me and does not speak to me except through her assistant or the receptionist. My case was a hit & run, but because of the doctor that was recommended, I was flagged for an investigation. The investigator cleared everything and my attorney still has not pushed the adjuster to pay.
