I have an IVC filter claim Switch to these guys because they were what seemed to be more communicative on their end they would contact me let me know what was going on so on so forth. Then all of a sudden they just stop contacting me won't accept my phone calls never get a call back and now I'm on the receiving end of having no idea what's going on not knowing what's going on with my case having a defective filter in my body with no information I call weekly and they never respond with the voicemail. If you have an opportunity to go to somebody else do it it'll be worth your time in the end they start out being the greatest but then don't work for the money when the in-game comes.
These guys are a joke after being implanted with the recalled surgical hernia mesh. They held my case for over 10 years and have never done a damn thing for me, but told me that they can’t do anything ridiculous I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
Apparently only car accident and personal injury clients have a positive experience with this practice. I have had nothing but disorganization, constant miscommunication or just zero communication at all. My class action suit was settled over 2 yrs ago and they are still not releasing my funds. They have been ignoring me and lying to me and I have no one to help me!
They lie to you and dont keep you up with your case its all they dont care about the people they are working for and lies to you all the time
For 3 years i have jumped through hoops for this firm they never update you on their progress . I have a defective IVC filter that tilted and could not be removed i have had 2 scans i have gone to the surgeon who said he would not be able to remove it . Look do yourselves a favor no matter what your issues are , DO NOT USE THIS FIRM . Find anyone else , I have had lawsuits in the past from car accidents that took 15 months but i got results . Go to another firm one that cares and checks on their clients to see if they are still alive Richard Tschernjawski
Very unprofessional. Do not return emails or calls. Haven't heard from them in 4 months about my case, class action Hernia Mesh lawsuit. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy!
A legal firm that takes on cases and then does not communicate with the client, does not follow through with legal representation and fails to keep contact with its client. Sending a note to the bar association about the firm acting in bad faith to represent the client.
