Mark co-founded Serpe, Jones, Andrews, Callender & Bell, PLLC in 2009, establishing a dynamic trial practice in Texas and expanding to New Mexico in 2010. In 2022, he partnered with Josh Bowlin to establish CB Trial and broadened his practice to Colorado. Mark is well-regarded for his representation in both state and federal courts, including Texas appellate courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
