Mr. Mamasis afforded me his complete attention in answering my questions and providing information and referrals for other professional services. He validated my concerns and did not rush me. I would consult him for future needs.
I feel like I donated $1,300 to Mr. Mamasis. I hired him to do my will and trust documents. I should have researched him before I hired him, but he came highly referred by a good friend who was referred to him by the Wealth Management Officer at her bank. With those two respected recommendations I thought he had to be good. WRONG. My trust documents had someone else's name on them, the executors and trustees were incorrect. The county where I live was incorrect and he even had the documents to be filed in RHODE ISLAND, I live in TEXAS. After asking him to make the necessary corrections more than 10 times, including me going through each document marking errors, circling them and scanning PDF files back to him. He still couldn't get it right. I was so frustrated, wills and trusts are not rocket science. I spent so many hours texting, emailing and calling him that I finally just gave up with all the errors I found. I couldn't trust his work. So I started over with a ne
willingly took money to separate a child from his father. Unprofessional, sloppy, had to redo the paperwork many times due to things not being filled out properly, having the wrong info all throughout the decree, including names and personal info. complete waste of time. complete lack of class and character. stay as far away from this guy as you can.
This guy is a crook. Totally incompetent.. because of his mistakes we had to hire a new attorney and he refuses to return the rest of our retainer. There were many red flags along the way the fact that he asked for the same paperwork over and over again, and only sent emails at 1 AM in the morning he was late to court and showed up sweaty and unprepared, you would be better off representing yourself stay far away from this attorney he’s not a moral character.
Have no time to throw brief review for him, if he was good yes but he is just a waste of time. I will simply describe him as Unreliable, not dependable, and not worthy of any one’s time or money, Ridiculous, Unprofessional and no work ethics. Looks sick and no manners to talk. Just yells and very loud. And just took money for nothing. Will strongly NOT recommend him. VERY SLEEK WITH HIS WORDS try to get out money in his pocket.
