Lupe worked for a number of years at a national defense firm. Learning firsthand how large insurance companies value claims, and he has put that insider’s experience and understanding to work on the Plaintiff’s side of the bar. Lupe has worked diligently on a variety of cases including wrongful death, dram shop, trucking accidents and car crashes. Over the span of moving to the Plaintiff’s side of the docket he has recovered millions for his clients.
Lupe is a 3rd generation Texan with roots that tie to the King Ranch. He was born and raised in Sugar Land, Texas and lives in the area with his family today. In pursuing his undergraduate degree, Lupe attended Saint Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas and earned a B.B.A. in International Business. After spending a couple years in finance, he felt the need to change careers. He moved back to Houston and attended South Texas College of Law Houston.
Lupe has been licensed in Texas since 2012 and is licensed in the Southern District of Texas. He speaks fluent Spanish. When he is not at the office you can find him spending time with his family or on the golf course.
