After a very difficult marriage with a self important, narcissist, professional womanizer man, Heather successfully processed and completed my divorce. She is good!
Attorney Heather Horwitz tried to do the same thing with me. After receiving a lump some of money she wanted me to sign over the check to her, of course I refused. I only went to court one time and paid all retainer fees and court cost ect... I had requested an itemized statement many times and I never got it. Red FLAGS !!!! I ended up firing her as an attorney after she blew up my phone wanting me to sign over check. She later sent me a final itemized statement. She added all kinds of made up miscellaneous charges, it was so ridiculous and obvious it totaled close to $16,000. She threatened to sue me if I didn’t pay her the $16,000 of course, I refused because I knew I did not owe her anything. I was not even divorced I had to hire another attorney. Heather Horwitz ended up suing me for money “supposedly owed” and after judge saw her ridiculous charges and my payments I made, he dismissed her case and told her I did not owe her anything and your not getting one more cent out of her.

She was involved in a case in Houston, Texas in 2018 where the 2 couples had been living together for over 10years and had 3 small children. The mom took all the money out of the 1bank account they shared. Attorney Heather Horwitz Houston Texas was giving $10,000 to start the case and right away she starts asking for cash to be put in her personal bank account! red flag. Scam!! Then she started demanding that he pay $750
