In my case, there wasn't good communication at all. Desiring counsel, I was not walked through the process and advised of potential outcomes or the timing of same. Even my initial meeting was rushed as there was always someone else's urgent case and thereafter, multiple promises were broken and calls not returned. When the attorney began getting evasive why she missed her own, not my deadlines, credibility was lost

I am sorry this was your impression. It was not our impression and your comments make it obvious who wrote this anonymous review. Your first meeting was well over 2 hours long. We did have communication issues.
