Mr. Aguinaga has assisted myself family and friends through out the years with our legal needs. He is available to answer questions and find solutions. If the matter is beyond his scope he was able to refer us to the appropriate attorney for further assistance.
He is the most insensitive person I know! He has no tact and is extremely rude. He lies on legal documents!!!
He was not responsive to my question about converting from a Chapter 13 to a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. His main interest always seemed to be his fee. There was no concern for us as clients or people, only as a fee to be collected. He also seemed to be quite short tempered with his staff, often 'barking' orders to them to get what he needed.
Do not use this attorney. They charged me $4,500 for a service that was never completed. When I tried to address the issue, they hung up on me twice. Save your money and find a different attorney!!!!!!
This man is a lunatic and he does not take a psychologist to see that this individual has serious mental issues. He insulted me and cursed me over the phone trying to force my hand to hire him. He is extremely rude and racist. He does not let you talk and he is extremely peremptory. He basically thinks only about money. He does not care at all about your situation. This guy should be disbarred. Terrible lawyer and awful human. He should be ashamed of himself!
he worked solely with only a secretary. he was very rude, and did not sympathize with myself being handicapped with multiple sclerosis
