Hired Attorney Mr. Jeffrey Hitt

Although my case is still pending I am very satisfied with the service I am receiving. The price was more than fair and a payment arrangement was such that I could handle it, no huge down payment. So far there have been multiple court dates and he is working to resolve the case with an outcome I can live with.

Hired Attorney Mr. Jeffrey Hitt

I retained Jeff to modify my divorce decree. He was highly recommended by a friend that he represented a long time ago. Jeff promised to come to an agreement with opposing counsel or get a hearing before a judge in my case. Jeff did neither. He has no office, or secretary and is slow to take calls and deliver anything. It took him 3 months to serve my ex husband. He said it took a long time to serve my ex because the court house because it was filed in the wrong district, but I believe he

Hired Law Firm

Please do NOT retain this attorney. I retained this attorney to modify my divorce decree. He filed a petition to modify and took 3 months to serve my exhusband. He promised to get a hearing date before the judge or reach an agreement with opposing counsel and did neither. He completely misled me. I asked him for an itemized billing statement and refund, and he inflated his bill so that I wouldn't get a refund. He is irresponsible and reckless and robbed this single mom of $2900.
