Me. Simmons and his associate Adiv Zelony have been very frustrating to work with concerning estate probate matters.Mr. Zelony does not appear to have working knowledge of the process. They bill for inter office conferences and instruction. Mr. Simmons and Mr. Zelony have dropped the ball several times and then bill our family for responding to inquiry and catch up work as well as work that could and should be done be a paralegal.
Disappointing representation received from Brad Burdette. I would not hire the attorney again for any legal matters involving litigation, fiduciary duty or probate related matters.
