Efosa J. Asemota joined Germer’s Houston office as an attorney in 2025. Efosa graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology and a minor in Theatre Arts. After graduation, he interned for the Honorable Ernest F. Hart at the Criminal Court of the City of New York in Queens County. In 2021, Efosa earned his Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law. While in law school, Efosa served as the Vice President of the South Texas Health Law Society from 2020 to 2021. Before joining Germer, Efosa obtained experience in representing private companies and individuals in matters of employment law, family law, commercial litigation, and government law, and administrative law.
