When you do get through them after many tries. They really give a correct time frame on when your settlement will be. This has been going on a little over 7 years now and still waiting on the settlement. If they do this for a living then they should be prepared on the amount of clients for class action law suits that they will be handling.

They said 60/40 and there was 10% expenses which I think is a bit much. At times it seems like the representative was not working for me but for the other party. I've dealt with other attorneys and it never seems they are "really" in your corner, I've had to do the "work" but they got paid.

Clark Love and Hutson are handling my 3M case. Communication is awful. They blame Brown and Greer. They will not provide a factual explanation and answer, just state see my email from another date. They could care less about their clients. Run away from them.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
