After 2 months, I called Mr. Kiblert who, after I identified myself, said, "Who are you?" and had no record of my being his client! I told him of having signed a contract with him and paid him. Within a couple of hours, he called me back to inform me about a court hearing date on Sep 23 and by the 21st, I received a backdated 9-2 letter. Had hearing.
