I was referred to Basu Law Firm by John K Zaid & Associates for my case related to an incident on March 14, 2023. Regrettably, my experience with Basu Law Firm did not meet the professional standards I anticipated. My primary concern was the firm's apparent undervaluing of my case, which was evident in their communication. Several case managers and legal assistants indicated that my case wasn't worth the necessary treatments, including a crucial second epidural injection. This approach not only felt dismissive but also left me questioning their commitment to my well-being and legal success. A significant issue arose when I attended a scheduled meeting with Attorney Annie on February 29 at 1 PM, only to discover upon arrival that she would not be present. The lack of prior notification of this change was not only inconvenient but also disrespectful of my time and the seriousness with which I regard my legal matters. This lack of professionalism and the overall dismissive.
