He took the time to explain procedures to me and answered my questions without making me feel unwelcome, bad about my decision, and never used a condescending tone. I got that kind of treatment from another law firm I was considering while beginning my bankruptcy proceedings.
He is very good at what he does. Communication is not up to what I would consider excellent. However, you can reach and speak to him when you need to. In my opinion, that may be the better way.
Met my expectations. Just hard to get to for questions now, since I live in a different state now.
