Hired Attorney Mr. Edgar Gentle III

My case involved an at-fault other party crossing the median of the highway and hitting me, causing substantial property damage and personal injury. Both the property damage and bodily injury limits of the other driver's coverage were exhausted. I applied for un(der)insured motorists coverage from my own company. My own company applied to the court to be a friend of the defendant and deny me underinsured motorists benefit. They did so claiming the other party suffered a seizure and was not
