Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer. We sought out Mr. Eyerly to represent us in the middle of an insurance/condominium matter. The matter involved an intransigent and somewhat unprofessional adverse party and consequently took much, much longer than it needed to. He was instrumental in expediting the resolution of our matter. We are incredibly grateful to Mr. Eyerly for his counsel, expertise, professionalism, and very timely responses. We trusted him completely, as he has absolute integrity.
Let's put it plain and simple. Mr. Eyerly has a five star rating with his peers and clients for a very good reason. In today's world, it's difficult to find individuals with impeccable integrity, especially attorneys -- no offense. If you are in search of an extremely knowledgeable and professional attorney that makes you feel as though you are his only client serviced with undivided loyalty, then you just struck gold! After several rejections to my case, it was Mr. Eyerly that was willing to step up to the plate to assist me, and for that, I will always be grateful. And just when I thought it was time to give up, it was Mr. Eyerly that convinced me not to. My case was extremely difficult, but he confronted the challenge with great pride and humbleness. He promptly returned my phone calls, emails, etc...His communication skills, competence and ethics are impeccable. Of course it's always wise to search for the best attorney possible to represent you in your case, but let me save you the time, hassle, and energy because your search should start and end right here. Would I seek legal advice from Mr. Eyerly again? Would I refer him to a friend or family member? Would I suggest he run for President? Dang Skippedy I would! The only advice I can give you at this point is to give him a call now and don't wait. As the Hawaiians would say, "If can, can, if no can, no can." Well, I can assure you that Mr. Eyerly can! Much Aloha to you all from the Big Island of Hawaii nae`

Mr. Eyerly was very responsive to all my questions. I was completely happy with the results.
Tred was able to have my case reopened and fought for my continued medical care. I wish more people took cases as serious as Mr. Eyerly does.
Mr. Tred Eyerly was effective in that he got Allstate to pay a claim they steadfastly refused to pay. During the months of back-and-forth between Mr. Eyerly and Allstate, Mr. Eyerly was consistently solid in his arguments and communication--thereby placing Allstate in a weaker legal position that ultimately resulted in the company paying out what was due. Mr. Eyerly was prompt in his replies to me and always available. Mr. Eyerly exemplifies the definition of a super attorney.
I contacted this firm because of their international reputation for excellence. They were also referred by Minard & Morris(Newport Beach CA). I was assigned Alan Van Ettan who was seasoned and highly competent Tred was co-counsel but took over more of the case as time progressed. He has outstanding skills. He provided information and reasoning for his strategy which inspired confidence and trust in my ability to win the case. I've highly recommended him/ firm to others. Jo Anne Bishop PhD,MPA
It could have been much more difficult having an attorney in HI, and me having to relocate to both CA and VA, during the course of his service, but because of his professionalism and constant contact, my case came to a positive conclusion.
