The quest for money seems to have overtaken the quest for justice. Diehl wanted to go for the juggler even though both parties were willing to settle and be done. He was unwilling to follow our lead since he knew better and knew he could win.
Mr. Diehl and his firm are bullies, making client(s) sign documents under pressure situations. Unsympathetic and extremely unresponsive. Mr Deihl even took the time out of his "busy schedule" to insult me in the attached emails. But in the same breath saying he "has other clients" and will get to me when time permits, keep in mind this statement is made regarding time sensitive pertinent emails. Mr. Diehl and his firm to date has charged me almost $24k while representing me for one count date. Trust me, keep searching
