Hired Attorney

My son and I were victims in an auto accident caused by a Drunk Driver without a license or insurance. Following 35mph evening traffic southbound on Hwy 11 near the Miloli'i Junction, a speeding car appeared suddenly, passing everyone even though it was a double yellow line. While speeding past our car on the left over the double yellow, a large truck came around the curve. The Drunk Driver swerved back into our lane striking our front left side sending us off the road into a large tree. Upon regaining consciousness, I saw my son pinned against the seat and bleeding. I tried to free him but could not. It took nearly an hour for the Fire Dept. to come and cut him loose with the Jaws of Life and put him on an airlift to Queen's Hospital. Fortunately, we are both alive and recovering. Chris Mattoch was exceptionally effective, given that the Drunk Driver had no insurance or resources. He arranged a settlement that has helped us recover our lives. I recommend him highly. Mahalo Chris!
