David E. Case is an associate in the firm’s litigation department. His areas of practice include real estate, construction, business, land use, and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Case graduated from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, William S. Richardson School of Law in 2021.
While in law school, Mr. Case served as the Teaching Assistant in Richardson’s Academic Success Program for both Real Property I and Constitutional Law I. Additionally, Mr. Case served as a Staff Writer for the University of Hawai‘i Law Review.
Prior to law school, Mr. Case worked in education as a high school special education teacher with the State of Hawai‘i Department of Education.
