Mr. Nervell helped us immensely; our previous lawyer had died and had not completed the CPR for our family. Mr. Nervell completed everything for us in 6 months when it took the other lawyer more than a year to even start. He kept in contact with us and very prompt in replying to me--I don't live in Hawaii. I had a very bad experience with the firm. IMO they charged way too much for the services provided. In additional to that, they did not provide the most important service I was asking for, and still charged money for it. I honestly cannot recommend this firm to anyone.
All i wanted was a 1 minute or less question asking period 1, yes 1, question. The laws in Hawaii on how long I have to cancel a timeshare. The person i was forwarded to rudely picked up phone and asked who is this, and what do you want. I said its reguarding timeshare, and she, or he, was hard to distinguish, said I have no intrest. and hung up. Very unprofessional. if no interest could have at least pointed me in the right direction.
