Chiako Fukushima is an immigration attorney at Hirota & Associates, where she represents clients in a wide range of immigration matters. She graduated at the top of her class with an LL.B. from Keio University in Tokyo and earned her JD summa cum laude from the University of Hawai ʻ i at Mānoa, William S. Richardson School of Law. Chiako also holds an LL.M. from the University of Hawai ʻ
Before joining Hirota & Associates, she worked at Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel, one of Honolulu's largest law firms where she represented many Japanese business clients.
Born and raised in Yokosuka, Japan, Chiako is fluent in Japanese and English. In her free time, she enjoys caring for her family's farm in Waianae.
