Jason Van Elderen is an excellent attorney! He is MORE than reasonable with his rates and is very honest! He managed to win my case and I have recommended him to several others! Without a doubt if you retain Jason you have retained the right attorney for your case!

Before hiring Mr. Pater, I didn't have much confidence with my case. Not only has Ray given me confidence with his phenomenal knowledge of the law, but he is passionate and understanding as well. I have a rather interesting case as I appear over the phone for all of my hearings due to me being located on the other side of the country, but he has done more than enough to keep me informed and appear on my behalf. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to support me while dealing with a difficult case. When someone describes a lawyer as a "shark" I think of this guy, because the way the he is able to portray himself and who he is representing is just what one would hope for. If you want someone to give every effort towards your case, while being real with you and helping you understand it, this is your guy!
